1 General Terms & Conditions

K09 (hereinafter "the Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between k09 and its users (hereinafter "you" or "the player").

By using k09's website, mobile platform, or any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to register on k09. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. k09 reserves the right to verify your age at any time, and your account may be restricted until verification is complete.

One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, IP address, or payment method. Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.

Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• Registering with incorrect or false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
• If any of your personal details change, please notify our support team immediately.
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure and never share it with anyone.

KYC Verification

To ensure security and prevent fraud, k09 may request a national ID or passport for identity verification (KYC) at any time. KYC is mandatory for large withdrawals, and withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete.

3 Bonus & Promotion Terms

K09 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

Wagering Requirements

• A minimum wagering amount must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn — this is known as the wagering requirement.
• Typically, a wager of 20 to 30 times the bonus amount is required.
• Each bonus has an expiry period — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed upon expiry.

Bonus Abuse is Prohibited

If any user attempts to claim bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or any other deceptive method, k09 reserves the right to permanently ban that account and forfeit all winnings.

4 Deposit Policy

K09 currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket, with direct bank transfer also available.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes.
• No service charges are applied on deposits.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made from another person's mobile banking or bank account may be cancelled.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳2,00,000.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳5,00,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.

Reasons for Withdrawal Delays

In certain cases, withdrawals may take longer to process — for example, if KYC verification is incomplete, unusual transaction activity is detected, or there is a technical issue. In such cases, the k09 support team will notify you accordingly.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to participation in Sports Betting and casino games on k09:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless k09 acknowledges a technical error on its part.
• K09 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• Placing bets on the same event using multiple accounts or identities is strictly prohibited.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is a criminal offence.
• The outcome of every spin or hand in casino games is entirely RNG-based.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k09:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's personal information.
• Playing games using software or bots.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Threatening or defrauding other players.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonating k09 staff.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

K09 may suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Underage user detected.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.

To close your account, email support@k09.run. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

K09 is committed to protecting your personal information. We use your data solely to provide our services and never sell it to third parties.

• All personal data is secured with SSL encryption.
• Payment information is stored on a separate encrypted server.
• Your information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities only when required by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems.
• Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.

K09's maximum liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the value of the transaction in question.

12 Right to Amend Terms

K09 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
